Tuesday the 4th of November was a big day at SAMS. This was the day on which we held our Annual General Meeting.
First on the agenda was the roundup of the usual business and reports that occur every Tuesday morning – then the serious stuff started. Treasurer Greg delivered a comprehensive report as to our financial activities during the year and where we are now. This was followed by Secretary Mike Lyons – then finally Phil delivered his own report on the state of SAMS over the last year. This was to be Phil’s last address as Chairman – he was retiring from that position to let others take up the reins.
